Production Update: Getting the Terrain Right

We want to let you know that Deadlands: Dark Ages is running behind schedule, and we apologize for the delay.
During production testing, we learned that some of the terrain’s original cut lines were too intricate to hold up reliably during mass production. The die-cutting design needed to be revised to ensure the finished pieces can be manufactured cleanly and assembled as intended.
Those revisions are now complete, and we’re waiting for new samples from the factory. We’ll review them as soon as they arrive and share pictures with you once they’ve been approved.
We expect this additional work to push delivery beyond our original estimate. We’re awaiting a revised production schedule from the factory and will provide an updated timeline as soon as we can confirm it.
Thank you for your patience while we make sure the terrain is ready for the gaming table.

First and foremost, we're long overdue for an update, so thank you for your patience!
Production has been slower than usual as we added a new type of product to this campaign - our FastForge™ terrain. We want to build this line of punchboard buildings to provide GMs with high-quality gaming accessories to make every Savage World look amazing. Ensuring the buildings fit smoothly and look fantastic has taken some time, but we are excited to share the results with you as soon as we have some samples to photograph.
As we wait for physical proofs of Dark Ages, we are working with our shipping partners in China to build out a delivery plan. This campaign is being fulfilled direct from China, and while we don't have a confirmed date for it yet, we are hoping that delivery will begin at the end of September. As soon as we have confirmation, we will let you know.
Once the delivery plan is complete, we will be able to update shipping info on Backerkit, charge for shipping, lock orders and prepare for the long-awaited arrival of the once and future king!

February Production Update

Howdy followers of the once and future King -
We’ve received the first round of PDF proofs from the printer, reviewed them carefully, and have already returned our corrections. This is a normal (and important!) part of the process to ensure everything prints cleanly and matches our expectations.
Our printers are currently on holiday for the Chinese New Year, so when that break is behind us, production will resume in full. As updated files come back from the printer, we’ll continue reviewing and approving them in stages until everything is locked in for print.
We know many of you are eager to see how the books are shaping up, and so are we! As soon as we have high-quality proof images we’re able to share publicly, we’ll include them in a future update so you can see the progress for yourselves.
Thanks for your patience and continued support—we’re moving steadily forward!

If we had your DTRPG email address via your account at PEGINC, or from your BackerKit survey, we have delivered the Dark Ages PDFs to your DriveThru RPG accounts.

BackerKit Survey Access
Folks who didn't have access to their surveys because of the final Pledge Over Time payment, those surveys should be available to you now.
We will keep the BackerKit pledge manager / Pre-Order Store open for several months. Because we are set up to Pay Shipping Later, about 6 weeks before delivery starts we will add the shipping costs and allow you to pay for shipping and finish your pledges before closing the manager inorder to fulfill orders.
