February Production Update

Howdy followers of the once and future King -
We’ve received the first round of PDF proofs from the printer, reviewed them carefully, and have already returned our corrections. This is a normal (and important!) part of the process to ensure everything prints cleanly and matches our expectations.
Our printers are currently on holiday for the Chinese New Year, so when that break is behind us, production will resume in full. As updated files come back from the printer, we’ll continue reviewing and approving them in stages until everything is locked in for print.
We know many of you are eager to see how the books are shaping up, and so are we! As soon as we have high-quality proof images we’re able to share publicly, we’ll include them in a future update so you can see the progress for yourselves.
Thanks for your patience and continued support—we’re moving steadily forward!

If we had your DTRPG email address via your account at PEGINC, or from your BackerKit survey, we have delivered the Dark Ages PDFs to your DriveThru RPG accounts.
This campaign is digital delivery complete!
BackerKit Survey Access
Folks who didn't have access to their surveys because of the final Pledge Over Time payment, those surveys should be available to you now.
We will keep the BackerKit pledge manager / Pre-Order Store open for several months. Because we are set up to Pay Shipping Later, about 6 weeks before delivery starts we will add the shipping costs and allow you to pay for shipping and finish your pledges before closing the manager inorder to fulfill orders.
This campaign will be pretty quiet until then! If you have any issues, please reach out ot us at [email protected]

Pledge Over Time means slight delay in Survey Access

Hey Champions,
If you happened to utilize Kickstarter's new Pledge Over Time feature, there will be a slight delay in access to your survey on BackerKit. No worries, just give it a few days.
This is a safety feature to ensure that you don't finish your payment on BackerKit and also get charged for it by Kickstarter. So to avoid double payments, the survey is being held. A good idea.
If any of your payments with Kickstarter failed, you will be able to resolve those in the BackerKit phase. So no worries there either.
In the future, we'll try and not open the pledge manager until all Pledge Over Time payments are finished so we can avoid any confusion here. But for this campaign, just give it a few days.

The BackerKit pledge manager is open for this campaign! You should get an email to your kickstarter email address today if you already have not gotten one (check promotions tab, etc.).
If you still can't find it, you should be able to access your survey at this link:
For anyone with Pledge Over Time issues, you should be able to finish those payments using the pledge manager now.
If you need help upgrading to a higher pledge level and that option is not available, reach out to [email protected] and we can assist you. Remember, you can upgrade from digital to an equivalent or higher physical, but not downgrade from a digital level to a lower physical level, and you need a physical pledge level to purchase physical add ons.
For any new add ons you purchase, you can reach out to [email protected] to have the PDFs added to your PEGINC accounts.

Pledge Over Time issues

Hey Alchemists,
A few of you have run into some growing pains issues with KIckstarter's new Pledge Over Time feature. No worries! We'll get your pledges sorted with Kickstarter or during the upcoming pledge manager, even if the pledge is "dropped" or incomplete according to Kickstarter. We can fix it.
It’s common for there to be some errored pledges during a project’s collection period. When Kickstarter encounters an issue collecting a backer’s pledge, they reach out with reminders to fix the payment - backers have 7 days to fix the initial payment and 14 days to fix the 2nd and 3rd installments in their Pledge Over Time plan.
Additionally, when those backers are logged in to their Kickstarter account they will see a “Fix payment” button at the top of the screen, which will lead them to update their payment information.
For backers still experiencing problems with their pledge, please refer to this help center article.
You can also get in touch with Kickstarter via this link, so that Kickstarter can help with troubleshooting the issue.
If those routes fail, we can bring the pledge current during the upcoming BackerKit pledge manager.
